How to Measure your Boat for Original Installation
Measure:
Fig. A: Center Line of Steering Wheel to Gunwale
Fig. B: Dash to Transom
Fig. C: Gunwale to Transom Center Line
For Installations Mounted to Transom:
A+B+C-6= Cable Length
Example: A=20, B=112, C=36; Total 168
168-6=162 or 136
Round up to a 14 Cable if Necessary
For Installations thru Engine Tilt Tube:
A+B+C+6= Cable Length
Using above example, A+B+C=168"
168"+6=174" or 14'6"
Round up to a 15 Cable if Necessary
