Our goal is to provide the best products and service at the most reasonable cost.  However, in order to maintain our low cost alternative to retail, we have created a detailed return policy.

             Item(s) are non-returnable if they have been shipped more than 30 days prior.

             Electronics that have been opened and/or unsealed are non-returnable. If defective, follow the manufactures Warranty policy.

             Service Manuals and Propellers that have been opened, unsealed and/or used are non-refundable.

             Clearance item(s) are sold “AS IS” and are non-returnable.

             Return Authorization, by email, is required for ALL returns.

             Item(s) must be returned in brand new or unused condition, at customer’s expense.  All original packing, parts, accessories, manuals, coupons and warranty cards must be included.

             Item(s) returned for any reason may be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.

             Item(s) shipped in error by M&M Marine Service, LLC will not be charged a restocking fee and cost of return shipping will be reimbursed to customer.

             Only after returned item(s) have been received and inspected, will a credit be issued. This process may take up to 1-3 business days after item(s) have been received.

             Customers are responsible for shipping charges on all exchanged item(s).
 

Required Steps for Returns

M&M Marine Service, LLC must be contacted by email prior to any returns being sent or we will not be able to accept or process your return. When requesting a Return Authorization by email, you must include the following information in your email:

 

             Your name (first and last) 

             Your phone number (including area code)

             Order/Invoice number

             Detailed product description(s) and/or SKU number(s)

             Reason for return (defective, unwanted, exchange, shipping error, etc.)

Once you have received authorization from M&M Marine Service, LLC, follow these steps in shipping an item back as a return.

             Products must be received by M&M Marine Service, LLC within two weeks of receiving the Return Authorization. After two weeks, returns will not be accepted.

             The product must be repacked into its original packing.

             You must use a method of shipping that can be tracked, such as UPS or FedEx.

             Return tracking number, date of shipment, shipping method and order/invoice number must be emailed to sales@mandmmarine.com
